Services are delivered on a project basis or ongoing retainer as defined in individual service agreements or statements of work (SOWs).

Specific terms for client projects (scope, deliverables, timelines, payment) are governed by separate service agreements or SOWs executed between Anth.Tech and the client. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any project-specific agreements. In case of conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement takes precedence.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms for services are defined in individual service agreements. General policy: invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to fees as specified in the applicable service agreement. Anth.Tech reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Anth.Tech provides services "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in individual service agreements.
- Anth.Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Anth.Tech for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for failures, outages, or errors caused by third-party services, platforms, or infrastructure.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anth.Tech, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. Anth.Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Use of third-party services embedded on our site (including HubSpot for scheduling and Enhancify for financing) is subject to those services' own terms and policies.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through litigation in Stark County, Ohio.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
