AI Agents
An AI agent is autonomous software that can perceive its environment, make decisions, and take actions without being told exactly what to do at every step. Unlike a traditional chatbot, which follows pre-written scripts and decision trees, an AI agent can reason through complex situations, use external tools (databases, APIs, calendars, CRMs), and adapt its behavior based on context. For example, a chatbot might answer "What are your hours?" from a FAQ list. An AI agent could take a customer inquiry, look up their account, check available appointment slots, book an appointment, send a confirmation email, and update your CRM — all in one interaction. The difference is autonomy: chatbots respond, agents act.
Custom AI agent development typically starts at $5,000 for a focused agent handling a single workflow (like appointment scheduling or lead qualification) and can range to $50,000+ for complex multi-agent systems with deep integrations into your existing tools. The cost depends on three main factors: complexity of the task the agent needs to perform, the number of integrations required (CRM, calendar, email, databases), and whether the agent needs to handle voice, text, or both. We provide a detailed proposal after a free discovery call so you know exactly what you're investing in before any work begins.
Most AI agent projects go from discovery to production deployment in 4 to 8 weeks. Simple agents (single-purpose, fewer integrations) can be live in as little as 2-3 weeks. Complex multi-agent systems with extensive integrations typically take 8-12 weeks. Our process includes discovery and scoping (week 1), architecture and design (week 2), development with weekly demos (weeks 3-6), and deployment with monitoring (weeks 7-8). You see working demos throughout — not just a final reveal at the end.
AI agents deliver strong ROI across almost every industry, but we see the fastest results in businesses with high volumes of repetitive customer interactions: home services (answering calls, booking appointments), healthcare (patient scheduling, follow-ups), e-commerce (customer support, order management), restaurants (reservations, ordering), professional services (client intake, document processing), and automotive (lead qualification, service booking). The common thread is any business that's drowning in repetitive tasks that eat up staff time. If your team spends hours doing something that follows a predictable pattern, an AI agent can probably handle it faster and more consistently.
No — and that's not the goal. AI agents handle the repetitive, time-consuming tasks that prevent your team from doing their best work. Think of it as giving your team superpowers, not replacing them. A customer support agent handles the 60-80% of inquiries that are routine (order status, return policies, appointment scheduling), freeing your human team to handle complex issues that require empathy, judgment, and creativity. A lead qualification agent captures and qualifies inquiries 24/7, so your sales team spends their time on warm leads instead of cold outreach. The businesses that get the most from AI agents are the ones that use them to amplify their team, not shrink it.
Services & Process
We offer six core services: AI agent development (our flagship — custom autonomous agents built for your business), web design and development (modern, fast websites on Next.js), content marketing and ads (social media management, paid advertising on Meta/Google/LinkedIn/TikTok), content creation (blog posts, video, social content, email newsletters), email infrastructure setup (professional email with proper authentication), and enterprise security (Cloudflare configuration, WAF, DDoS protection). Most clients start with one or two services and expand over time. Our most common combination is an AI agent plus a new website — the agent handles the conversations, the website drives the traffic.
It's a 30-minute conversation where we learn about your business, your challenges, and your goals. There's no pitch deck, no hard sell — just an honest conversation about where AI and digital solutions could have the most impact for you. By the end of the call, you'll have a clear picture of what we'd recommend, a rough timeline, and a ballpark investment range. If it makes sense to move forward, we follow up with a detailed proposal. If it doesn't, you walk away with free advice and no obligation. Book one at anth.tech/schedule.
Both. We've worked with solo founders, local service businesses, growing startups, and established companies. Our engagement models are designed to scale — a local plumber and a 50-person agency both get the same quality of work, just scoped differently. Our Starter tier begins at $3,000 and is designed for small businesses getting their first AI agent or website. Growth and Enterprise tiers scale up for businesses with more complex needs. The technology is the same; the scope is what changes.
Web Development
Next.js sites are dramatically faster, more secure, and more scalable than WordPress. They load in under 1 second (compared to 3-5 seconds for most WordPress sites), they have virtually no security vulnerabilities (WordPress is the most hacked CMS on the internet), and they deploy globally on edge networks through Vercel so every visitor gets fast load times regardless of location. The trade-off used to be that WordPress was easier to update content on. That's no longer true — we integrate headless CMS options that give you a visual editing experience while keeping all the performance and security benefits of a modern stack. The result is a site that ranks better on Google (speed is a ranking factor), converts more visitors (every second of load time costs conversions), and never needs security patches.
Most website projects are completed in 3 to 6 weeks. A straightforward business site with 5-8 pages typically takes 3-4 weeks. Sites with custom features, integrations, e-commerce, or extensive content can take 6-8 weeks. Our process: week 1 is discovery and wireframing, weeks 2-3 are design, weeks 3-5 are development, and weeks 5-6 are review, revision, and launch. You see progress throughout and have review checkpoints at each stage.
Marketing
Results vary by industry and budget, but across our ad campaigns we've averaged a 71% reduction in cost per lead compared to our clients' previous benchmarks. Our best result was a 92% improvement over the client's target cost per lead. For specific examples: we've generated leads at $2.18 for a fitness program (goal was $22), $4.48 for a real estate coaching webinar (goal was $15), and $9.06 for a med spa (goal was $31.85). We don't guarantee specific numbers because every market is different, but we can tell you that our track record across 9+ industries consistently beats client expectations. See all of our case studies at anth.tech/case-studies-ads.
We recommend a minimum ad spend of $1,000-$2,000 per month to generate enough data for optimization, plus our management fee (starting at $1,500/month for ongoing ad management). Total minimum investment: roughly $2,500-$3,500/month. More budget means more data, faster optimization, and faster results. But we'd rather start lean and scale based on performance than blow a big budget before we've dialed in the targeting. We'll give you a specific recommendation during the discovery call based on your industry, location, and goals.
Not necessarily, but it helps significantly. Sending paid traffic to a slow, outdated, or confusing website is like buying a billboard that points to a closed store. If your current site loads fast, looks professional, and has a clear path to conversion (contact form, booking link, phone number), ads can work. If your site is slow, dated, or doesn't have a clear conversion path, we'd recommend either a full rebuild or at minimum a landing page optimized for the specific campaign. We can assess this during the discovery call and give you an honest recommendation.
Working With Us
Yes. We offer monthly retainer packages starting at $1,000/month that include monitoring, performance optimization, bug fixes, content updates, and ongoing iteration based on real usage data. For AI agents, this also includes prompt tuning, edge case handling, and integration maintenance. We don't build and disappear. Technology needs ongoing attention — especially AI agents, which get better with iteration. Most of our clients stay on a retainer because the value compounds over time as we optimize based on real-world performance data.
That's literally what the discovery call is for. You don't need to come in with a technical spec or a detailed brief. Tell us about your business, what's working, what's not, and where you want to go. We'll map out the opportunities and recommend a starting point. Many of our best engagements started with 'I know something needs to change but I'm not sure what.' We'll give you an honest assessment — including telling you if we're not the right fit.
