Anth.Tech LLC ("Anth.Tech," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at www.anth.tech and is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, the service providers involved, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website, its contact and resource-request forms, the AnthTech Chat application, and meetings scheduled through this site.

Contact form: Contact form submissions are sent to Anth.Tech LLC by email using Resend. They are not sent through the resource-request Zapier workflows.

Resource requests: Resource-request forms are sent through Zapier to Google Sheets and HubSpot. Resource requesters are also enrolled in ongoing marketing email through HubSpot and Mailchimp. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link.

Meetings: HubSpot Meetings handles scheduling, may create or update HubSpot CRM contact records, and may set HubSpot cookies. HubSpot is our only online scheduler.

AnthTech Chat: AnthTech Chat is a separate application operated by Anth.Tech LLC on its own Vercel deployment. It uses the Anthropic API and the Claude Haiku model to generate responses. Anthropic and Vercel process data to provide the application, and captured leads go to Anth.Tech LLC.

Financing: The financing widget is operated end to end by Enhancify. Financing data goes directly to Enhancify under its privacy policy. Anth.Tech LLC does not receive financing applications, eligibility information, offers, approval or denial decisions, application status, or other financing details.

We use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide requested services
• Deliver requested resources and related marketing communications
• Schedule and manage meetings and business relationships
• Operate AnthTech Chat and follow up on captured leads
• Analyze website use, maintain security, and improve our website and services
• Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations
• Protect our rights, users, services, and systems

Google Analytics 4: Google Analytics 4 loads when you visit the site and may use cookies or similar technologies to measure pages viewed, interactions, referral information, device details, and approximate location.

HubSpot Meetings: The HubSpot Meetings embed may set HubSpot cookies and associate scheduling activity with HubSpot CRM contact records.

Your controls: You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect embedded scheduling or other site functionality.

No consent banner: We do not currently use a consent-management platform or cookie banner. This policy discloses our current use of analytics and embedded services.

We disclose information to service providers as needed to operate the services described above:

Cloudflare currently provides authoritative DNS for anth.tech. The website's public records resolve directly to Vercel, so Cloudflare does not currently proxy, cache, or apply its WAF to website requests.

At the Last Updated date, Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and external Vercel log drains are not used for this site. Vercel still processes standard hosting and request logs according to its service and retention practices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Anth.Tech LLC, our users, or others.

We do not sell personal information for money.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We disclose information to the service providers and for the operational purposes described in this policy. We do not use Google Signals or ads personalization for this site.

Unless a more specific period is stated below, we retain personal information for as long as necessary for the business purposes described in this policy, to maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

• Business email and contact form submissions may be retained indefinitely as business records.
• HubSpot and Mailchimp marketing records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited suppression records needed to honor your opt-out.
• Google Analytics 4 event-level data is retained for up to 14 months.
• AnthTech Chat messages and captured leads are retained as long as necessary for business purposes.
• Vercel hosting and request logs follow Vercel's standard retention periods.
• Anth.Tech LLC does not retain Enhancify financing data because we do not receive it.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your information
• Request a portable copy of information you provided
• Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable
• Appeal a decision on a privacy request where applicable

You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in each marketing email. To make another privacy request, email hello@anth.tech. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may use an authorized agent where applicable by law.
